My fiance and I had the absolute honor of working with Gene at Graham Jewelers for our custom engagement ring. We had gone to two other jewelers prior, and they were either very pretentious, or wouldn't do what we wanted with the ring. We had a family ring that needed to be remade into a new engagement ring. Gene immediately made us feel welcome, and provided exceptional options for us within our budget. Every step of the way, he was helpful and insightful, and worked with us to design a ring that is truly one of a kind. He never tried to upsell us or push us into a purchase. Gene understands that the value of jewelry is not just its price tag, but its meaning. He has earned a customer for life.

This was undoubtedly the best experience that I have ever had at a jeweler. Tom is a true professional. My girlfriend and I had been starting the process of looking at engagement rings, and we were both made to feel extremely comfortable. There was no pressure. Months later, I went in by myself to purchase a ring, and Tom made the process very easy. I was able to successfully propose to my now fianc on Christmas Day and I am beyond grateful for the assistance that Tom provided. We will most certainly be back when for our wedding rings when the time comes. Thank you!
