Northwood Childcare Center

Love the teachers for ages 6 - 12 months, they are exceptional and very professional. My daughter loves going there everyday and is so excited. Love the facility, great staff!!!!

When we suspected neglect, we requested to view the camera footage. We weren't contacted until a week later (once tuition was due again). For the week we had to find other means of childcare even though we had already paid them for that week, because we wouldn't send our infant back until our concerns were put to ease. The wait was insulting, as if our concern for our daughter was not a priority. We were told three people were reprimanded after supervisors watched the tapes, but they refused to allow us to see the videos. We were told they would get back to us and they never did.

Hi, I'm a parent of a little girl at Northwood childcare. I HAVE TO SAY, They are absolutely AMAZING!!!! I'm extremely comfortable with leaving my child during the day, I know she's in great hands. I'm able to stop in as much as I want to peep in on her, I'm able to call as much as I want to check on her! The staff and office staff are simply amazing and are always happy and delightful! If ever I have ANY questions or concerns, They are always happy to help. My family and I are very greatful to be apart of this amazing organization!

I love Northwood!! My daughter just graduated from the Pre K class and is ready for Kindergarten! All the teachers are loving and caring, and the children love it there as well. I've had bad experiences at other centers, but Northwood went above and beyond all my expectations. The teachers really do everything to make learning fun and enjoyable. I would recommend Northwood to anyone looking for a clean, loving, childcare center.
