I would not recommend anyone to bring their child to this place. My baby was left with dry snot all over her face without it being cleaned all day. The following day she came home with a scratch on her face. They stole/ lost a brand new outfit that she has never worn before. Then proceeds to send out a letter, dont bring anything valuable to the daycare like what?! Its an extra pair of clothing in case she messes up what she had on prior. They never have anything organized with the babies cubbies. Just bad management overall and unprofessional. They will literally neglect and not care, just about the money.

I love Kindercare and the teachers, specifically Ms. Joycelyn and Ms Joy. They are amazing teachers with so much heart and compassion. They are incredibly caring individuals. I choose this daycare specifically from meeting Ms Joycelyn and trusting her with my baby. She helped ease my mind going to work while leaving my baby in her care. She makes sure my baby is well taken care of. Its hard leaving my baby in someone elses care but she eases that with updates during the day and tons of cute pictures. If I ever stop in early shes always playing with or taking care of the babies. The director is amazing and helps parents right away with any questions or concerns. This center has lots of hands on activities and learning. These teachers have a gift and care for kids as if they are their own. My baby comes home happy smiling after her fun day with all her friends. I appreciate these teachers and the director for the love they have for kids.

This place is terrible. They have a pest problem that they refuse to take care of, they never clean anything, the kids are sick 24/7, and the teachers are neglectful. I only had my son there for a little over a month before I started noticing how terrible it was before pulling him out.

Do not bring your kids to this location! There is one specific teacher that is neglectful and abusive and this establishment refuses to do anything about it! I work here at the moment as they are too scared to fire me since I have witnessed too much and they know what will happen if they fire me (just another law suit to add to the law suit Ive already filed against them) My son used to go there since it was just easier to bring him to work with me. That teacher I mentioned above starved him and left him in a crib all day to scream until he was so sick he was throwing up everywhere and drenched in sweat so I pulled him out of KinderCare immediately and filed a complaint against the teacher. I also voiced my concerns to the directors. Nothing was done. Instead, they cut my hours! I was working 8 to 10 hour days Monday-Friday, but out of retaliation for me trying to warn parents of what was happening to their kids behind their backs, Im getting maybe 3 hours if Im lucky enough to get called in. I dont care really, Ill take the pay cut if that means I can pile up more video and voice recordings of abuse to send to DHR and OSHA so these babies that nobody seems to care about at KinderCare can be protected by someone!
