Location is perfect for a oxford visit. Hotel treats me and my family well.

This room is disgusting, and for $200 a night! The door doesn't close all the way, the carpet is ripped, the bench fabric is worn, the armoire door is broken off, leaving the mini fridge on the floor, and the lamp by the bed is broken. Rooms : 1/5 | Service : 2/5 | Location : 4/5 More

I have stayed here multiple times and I just stayed last night ! So I went to the office to pay for another night and the lady said I had to do a 100$ deposit but I am paying with card so I dont have to pay a 100$ dollar deposit I didnt have to last night so why am I having to do it today ! Then she didnt ask me for the deposit until after she swiped my card for the room and told me she cant not give me my money back ! I wouldnt of even be upset if she would of cancelled the room so my money can go back onto my card ! But she told me sorry that the person last night person didnt charge me 100$ and said I cant get my money back and I cant even stay so why are you keeping my money if I cant stay another night without the 100$ deposit! Beware of the lady that works in the morning shift ! **Update*** Sad apart about it her name is Monica and the manger is her husband ! So no help there ! If I didnt call the ppl I went through to book I wouldnt of gotten my money back! So please dont waist your time at this disgrace of a hotel !
