The employees were absolutely amazing. Management on the other hand is absolutely useless. When your hotel has zero water after a pandemic and no one can wash there hands and they didn't even call the room to tell us there was no water. We were in 2 studio suites. I expected a lot more out of a Hilton branch. Management said since the who town was without water they wouldn't refund us. We couldn't flush the toilets, wash our hands or shower. He said maintenance can bring us some water for the toilet but that's all....That's absolutely unacceptable when we paid over $900 for two rooms for 2 nights. First night was fine, second night made me never want to stay with them again. Just unbelievable that management had zero concerns about there guest health and safety. I do have a case # with corporate going over this matter. Also pay very close attention to the charges on your recipe when checking out and question anything that doesn't add up. This hotel is unbelievable it's just one issue after another.

We were here last night to see the Military Park at Vicksburg, MS. One of the best hotels ideal location, well maintained, excellent front desk staff and a modern healthy breakfast with nice coffee included with the room rate. Ample Free parking all lit up outside and so clean smelling as you walk into the hotel. Every part of the hotel was clean.
Rooms: Very nice layout with plenty of lights and plug points.
Noteworthy details: Great clean rooms with MV and full size refrigerator. They had plates and cups and glasses.
