Made a reservation, went to pick it up with no problems. Had for a couple of weeks and ran great. Return was a breeze, literally handed them the keys and left. Only problem I had was I accidental locked the keys in the car and they didnt have a spare set??? It was a 2022 car so I dont see how you dont have a spare but ok ! Thanks

The dumbest and most outrageous car rental place that exists in Missouri. Chime banking is accepted and recognized literally everywhere else in the world except Avis lmao. Its a VISA debit card that literally works anywhere and everywhere. So what exactly are people supposed to do because yall are so special and the only business on earth that doesnt accept chime. Like get with the program with the rest of the world. Absolutely beyond stupid and inconvenient. Hope the place shuts down soon.

Specifically made a reservation for a car with decent mpg. I called them the day before, and they said I would have to call the next day before arriving for pickup. I called them the day of my reservation 4 times, but no one answered. I arrived to pick up my reservation, and they said they didn't have anything available with good gas mileage. Why waste my time, if you're not going to deliver what I've requested? Complete BS.

What a horrible experience! Luke the manager cant believe he is told me they dont inspect or check the cars, when I informed him I had to fill the tire up with air three times. I told him I didnt want to fill the gas tank up for my inconvenience. He got rude and argumentative never apologize. I filled the gas tank up when I came back inside he hid his business card. He has some illegal funny business going on and tried to be nice but it was too late Im taking him to corporate because you dont hide information and admit you all dont check the rentals.
