        Worst experience. 2 appts that they couldn't keep. Called us 15 minutes before our main appt and said they double booked. Showed up today to 1 person in the office to be told we had to wait an hour past our appt time. Then the lady said we'll it's not me, we've been over booked today as well and laughed. We were giving this tax service a try for the first time. Will not have our business.

        This place is a JOKE!We had an appointment scheduled, got a call 15 min before to reschedule due to "overbooking". No problem. So we made a 2nd appointment. Got there 5 min early, for the lady to address us and tell us that it would be at least an hour she just sat down with someone. This was SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT... This was our first and last experience with this company. Then as we left her and the gentleman customer proceeded to laugh as we decided to do buisness elsewhere. As a disabled veteran I am disappointed in this experience and hope Noone has to deal with this again.
