I come to this location every year just because of the experience I get every year, I am blown away with how professional, knowledgeable, caring and so sweet as Jessica is year after year! she is my go to tax lady every year but she makes every single office visit an awesome one. Always there to greet with a smile and remembers everything that Ive talked to her about from previous years. When I heard she is only there at certain times now I made sure to set my appointment and adjust my schedule just so I could see her. She is very knowledgeable and talks u through everything she is doing while showing u changes and explaining in detail what those are. I like that she shows me my prior taxes compared to the one we working on. She makes tax time very simple, and I dont ever dread doing my taxes anymore
