Had an appointment for Monday 9/25. Had made the appointment at least 10 days or more beforehand with Ray. Took the day off to accommodate appointment. Was told I would either receive a phone call between 9 and 10 am on when their arrival would be. NO call, I called and left a message. Called again at 11:10am which in turn got a phone call from Liz, who stated that I wasn't on the list for appointments but she would find out what was going on and call me back. After another 3 phone calls to them with no answer (I left another 2 messages) and NO phone call back from Liz or anyone. I have taken my business elsewhere. What is wrong with companies these days.

Phil Townsend was extremely professional, courteous, & flexible. I had him come out to clean my chimney for the upcoming winter season & it looks 1,000x better! Worth the money to get your chimney cleaned to ensure you don't have a chimney fire.

Did a great job cleaning our ducts... Showed pics of mold developing in a section and how they removed it and used disinfectant. Amazing how clean our home feels

Excellent service and very fair pricing. Liz and her company took care of a mold issue I had in my home and then cleaned our air ducts. Everyone was professional and very knowledgeable. I completely disagree with the one negative review that was posted.
