S&W has been top notch for me and my family since 1987, they have blessed us tremendously through our hardships with sickness and financial struggles as well as being here promptly every time they were called both in our businesses and personal need. I will say I literally love Bob the former owner and the new people are awesome as well he wouldnt have sold it to em otherwise!!

We have been with s&w for years.. today they show up to pick the tank And we haven't recived noticed of then comeing to get the tank let alone switching hands!! come to find out Bob has sold the company!! He would never do this to anyone! I pray for you guys that you make it in this hard times...

Have called 3 times over the past few months to make sure were on their forever full program because weve not seen anyone out to check or fill in a long time. Was told all three times, yeah- we have you on the list. I shouldve known better by the tone general indifference to my inquiry that no one at S&W was paying attention. Now weve run out of propane again- last time in the freezing cold. This time in the middle of a huge celebration leaving us in a rough spot for cooking. If you need reliable service- dont call these guys.
