Mountain Country Propane - Camdenton

I would not recommend them for their fire places, I purchased a log insert in my fireplace and have had two problems, first it wouldnt start and after numerous calls and weeks later they repaired but didnt reinstall the logs correctly so I placed a call to them to correct and they said they would let a technician know and still no word, I cant use the fire place since its turning the logs black, all total Ive lost at least a month and a half and of course its been when I most needed it. I like the log set but the service and responses to messages left is very disappointing.

We have been using Mountain Country Propane for 4 years now. During the winter the plan we chose,they ensure we will not run out of propane. They have never failed us. Their pricing is fair and everyone I have ever talked to is professional and does what they say thdy will do. Its a pleasure to deal with such a great company.

The sales manager ( Cody ) will not return calls after no showing & no call on 2 set appointments as well as the office manager . My wife tried a third time to support a local vendor by driving to the office to meet in person to coordinate the purchase of 2 fireplace units as well as secure a lease agreement for service. The staff uses Covid as the excuse for not returning calls over a 6 WEEK period ( ya right ) . One should be cautious if they reside near Laurie , Sunrise Beach , Gravois if the company is committed to servicing the local community. !? I express this as the office manager advised the company is Reopening there office in Laurie ..... humm. Why would one Risk doing business with a company that rarely answers the phone , does not return voice mails and no shows?? 2 sides to every situation while the facts are honest and the experience Chasing the staff - one would think why give them 3,4th, 5th , 6th opportunity. Thank goodness our propane does not need filled :)
