Ive been trying to get in contact with someone at the office regarding my lease since Monday and no one returns your phone call. Walked down to the leasing office and it has a sign on the door. This place is so unprofessional. How can we get in touch with anyone if theyre not answering the phones or even returning calls or emails?

RED FLAGGGG !!!! Very unprofessional and waste of time. Ive inquired about 3 bedroom property . Email stated that I can pickup an application between 9 am to 6 pm. On website they close at 5 pm at 4:13 pm Ive arrived the door was locked , stated youll need to call for assistance , i rung doorbell to coordinator for assistance of getting an application . She stated I should call , I decided to leave because that was waste of my time. Plus their parking lot needs detail done as well. Lol

Called to see if they had any vacancies and the lady that answered the phone was rude as hell! She said they would have some 3 bedrooms in July,! so I said okay thank you and she just hung up. Didnt say youre welcome, no problem or nothing just hung up. I wanted to call back and tell her she was rude and need to get her attitude checked but I just let it go. Wont be moving out there at all I can only imagine how sh*tty management is.
