Man water aint been right since emergency maintenance number never work n they cut the water off while you sleep or gone its 40 degrees aint no pipes freeze again the floor is unlevel the overall work as apartment unit is bad af real life dont do to yourself

Moving here was so unorganized and unprofessional. Getting told stuff at the last minute that I need to fix before moving in. Ive only been here for 7 days and someone already took my package that had been delivered. I cant wait until my lease is up already!
UPDATE!! Washer and dryers in the basement dont work they was filled with old dirty water and the dryer just seemed broke so youll have to got to the laundromat!

My family an I moved in three months ago, from the very start we've been having plumbing issues, started with the toilet in the master bath, all the way till now with the sink and dishwasher. I was told on Fri I would need to wait till Monday because maintenance is off on weekends, when clearly its an emergency, I would not recommend this place to anyone. Also they really raise your rent every month its never a consistent amount ,in reference to the amount that was given in the Contract agreement.On top of that the team all around does not care they will be quick to respond or send your account to eviction status if your late on the rent, but they are never just as expeditious when it comes to fixing items in your home, the previous photos of my dishwasher, the conditions have worsened, the water is jet black, every sink on each floor is stopped up with water, not to mention the ventilation on tri level or even two level townhomes do not work, the bottom floor heats up or get cold depending on what the thermostat is set for during the season, but the rest of the rooms in the townhouses will succumb to the temperature that is outside, if its hot outside it will be extremely hot on those floors, same a the cold climate. Once Again I recommend NO One and I do mean NO ONE should ever rent from this complex if you do your doing it at your own risk, totally slumlords and scum when it comes to business and their tenants, the updated picture are pictures with every single sink outside of one side of the two sided sink in kitchen is backed up with water. I could write a book on how bad this complex is, the best thing to do is NEVER RENT from them you will save yourself a headache again approach at your own caution. Update as of 02/1/24, another issue has arrived, on Jan 25 I reported to the main office about an broken window, its been a week almost and no one has came out to fix board the window up while I wait for the new window, to make matters worse I followed up on 1/31/24 with office someone in office assured me someone will be out to board the window no one has came yet, this is an emergency situation which is being handled as a non concern, to make matters worst I spoke with the property manager about the maintenance order I put in now the maintenance person did show up previous morning but couldnt work because of my work from home job asked for maintenance to come back next day, now to fast forward to conversation with the property management, I was told by her, that it does not matter if its a fire or emergency, maintenance does not double back on work order tickets, so she canceled the order and told me to put another order number in. SO PLEASE WHATEVER YOU DO DO NOT RENT HERE THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE DO NOT CARE ABOUT OCCUPANTS as you can see through all the reviews this place is Piss Poor Trash.
