Budget Car Rental

My experience and this car rental location was the best I could hope for!! I was one of the many that was stranded due to southwest cancelling all its flights. I made a reservation to get a rental and went to pick up the car the next morning. Although the owner was flooded with people like me, he maintained a calm and polite demeanor and worked tirelessly to find cars to fill all the unexpected reservations! Im so thankful to him, for without his help, I would have been stuck in St. Louis for at least two more days!

I came here after my flight was canceled in the Southwest Airlines debacle. They were flooded with reservations and they graciously made sure that everyone left with a car, and no one was left stranded trying to get home, even though the corporate bureaucrats suggested just canceling all the reservations. Who knows when I would've made it home if I didn't luck up and end up at this location?

We got stranded in STL due to Southwest canceling all flights. The owner was very patient with everyone in the lobby and was told by corporate to cancel all one way trip reservations. He told corporate to come down themselves and tell that to the customers . Not sure if someone from corporate made it to the store because the owner passed out as many cars as possible and we were able to get our family home.

Booked our reservation after our flight got canceled only to show up being told there were no available cars. That was initially frustrating but the owner worked extremely hard to make sure we got a car though. He called up other local rental car locations and after waiting for 2 1/2 hours we finally got one thanks to renwick working tirelessly.

The service at this Avis/Budget Car Rental was second to none. We were one of 80+ parties with reservations with no corresponding cars. Most of us were relegated to seeking rentals for one-way long-haul trips following the Southwest Airlines holiday meltdown on December 27. Despite not having the cars for everyone, the team, and in particular Renwick, sprung into action acquiring cars from wherever they could in the area to get us all on our way. Renwick could have turned us all away citing lack of supply, but he and his team did not, they kept working through the stressful situation for hours to make sure everyone that had been given a reservation received a car one way or another. We are immensely grateful for their determiniation and patience working through an impossible situation.
