    Just had a new exhaust fan-light installed in my bathroom. Tom the scheduler was extremely nice on the phone and followed up after I called him. Scott the installer was phenomenal and extremely easy to work with. He had to work really hard to get old fan out and then make the opening larger to install the new one. In a time when customer service is almost non-existence in most companies, Kay Bee Electric far exceeds what anyone could or would expect. I only have good things to say about this Company and will be sure to use them again when I need electrical work done. If they had a 10 star rating system, I would give then an 11.

    I would not recommend them. They came to my home to bid the job. I specifically asked if I would have to move a vehicle for access to my attic. I was told no. The only electrician comes out and stated he was scared to fall on the car. Please understand I have had over 200lb workers access the attic (which is pretty big). This person was maybe 165 at the most. He puts the hole in my ceiling for a ceiling fan, and says he will have them contact me to reschedule someone else because I was not able to move the car. They could have someone else come out since he was scared. Lo and behold I get a bill for $198.00 for a hole in my ceiling. I call and get nothing but bad customer service from Morgan when I ask for an explanation. Now you want to send me to collection for a hole in my ceiling. Where does this happen when none of this was my fault. When you came to estimate the job I said the car cant move. It hasnt been moved for 10 years and you scheduled the job for someone that did not want to climb up a ladder. Oh I forgot to mention that there is a clear walk way on the sides and front of the car. Anyway. Horrible customer service with the service call, trying to rectify the issue and the ending. Looks like I will be in small claims civil court.
