I needed upgrades to my service & panel. Votum is very knowledgeable, answered all my questions and are easy to work with. They handled all the communication/coordinated everything with Ameren, which took a lot of my plate, thankfully! I will definitely use Votum again. Thank you!! We had a problem with the power in the living room over the weekend. We called Votum Electric this morning. To our surprise they were able to send someone out within an hour of our calling! Corey and Mark were absolutely great! They assessed the problem, explaining everything as they went along. They were polite quick and efficient! We had already planned on getting some electrical updates done. We walked them though the other things we wanted done and were so impressed with the work that was done today that we requested a quote for the additional work. Corey and Mark arrived on time and got to work promptly. They were friendly and I also appreciated that they immediately put on masks, without my having to ask. They did quick, high-quality work and left everything neater than when they came! I appreciate good service and kind workers, and this experience had both! Will definitely use Votum Electric again! Absolutely THE best customer service you could hope for! From the moment I made the phone call to schedule an estimate (which was free) to the moment the crew left my home. The quote was provided same day and the price was spot on. Exactly what I was expecting to pay. Very fair and reasonably priced. The wiring and installation of 3 light fixtures and 4 can lights was complete in a matter of hours. Corey, AJ, and the crew were knowledgeable, diligent, and kept me aware of what was being done. It was known that the crew would have to access a very small crawl space to wire the fixtures. This hurdle was no hindrance to the crew. They crawled in and feed the wire down with ease. Did I mention, they also did great work for my sister and mom as well? I could go on and on about the amazing service. If you are reading this review, make sure you check out Votum.
