        We had first talked to Tom Nov 13th 2023 about coming to install a fence, screen in our porch & build a porch swing. He said it would be done that weekend. He was incredibly hard to get ahold of, never came by after he said he would. Nov 20th 2023 was the last day we talked to him. We have tried calling and texting him since and have yet to get a response.

        Tommy did a great job on our new kitchen sink installation. He got it done quickly, and it looks great! We had an issue with the faucet coming loose about 6 months later (no fault to his work, its an issue with the model) and he was quick to respond and come fix the issue at an extremely reasonable rate. I would recommend Tommy and his work! Service: Plumbing fixture installation

        Tom's dishonest and unreliable. In less than a week he made more excuses as to why he couldn't come to my place to finish the jobs he was hired to do. I paid him in advance. Big mistake. When I fired him, I asked for $50 of my money to be refunded out of $230 I paid him. He refused. He claimed, "no refund of early termination." Will NOT use Tom Steinbrenner again. Services: Electrical work, Fan repair

        Tom is not reliable. He had excuses everyday as to why he could not show up until noon. He did complete the drywall job that I hired him to do but never changed the plugs and switches that was also to be included in that job and he hauled off a few loads of scrap wood. After that He was supposed to meet with my husband and I to discuss a bathroom remodel and did not show up for that meeting which he agreed to be there a week prior. So I let him know that we no longer wished to have him do the remodel. He then text me blaming me for him losing the job and even used a curse word in his message to me. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. He was told at the beginning of working for us that we needed someone to show up when they say they will or at an agreed upon time. I would not recommend using him and I surely wont use him again. Services: Cleaning, Drywall installation

      Mary it had only been three days while I was dealing with an car accident at work my only work truck was totaled and you never even ask if I was ok you just got really crazy over text messages and it made me fearful to come over even my Fiance Would agree And then you told me not to come back you stopped me from finishing the job I'm sorry you can't see that

      I'm sorry you feel that way you hired me to do a job by a certain date .Time of day (not to late not to early but within reason)and how long is up to me as long as I get it done by the date you want and as far as the messages I have them saved Also did you know that slander and defamation of character are real 😊 anyone that knows me knows that is not ture .have a blessed day I hope everything works out for you
