    No frills, but just fine for a night. My family and I stayed here for the eclipse. We had booked early and got a good rate (compared to the fancier hotels of the area). This is a motel - bottom line. Their typical clientele is probably not the classier sorts. The rooms were no-frills and catered to the weekly renters. The kitchenette is really pretty good! Fill refigerator, microwave, stove, and sink. The staff were really friendly. The young lady who checked us was super friendly and helpful - she was super busy as lots of people were coming in but kept that positive attitude the whole time I was waiting. She should be applauded for her customer service. When I came back to get something, the manager and her were all smiles. I did not see the staff as rude at all (in comparison to other comments). Our rooms were clean - no dirt, sheets clean, and the refrigerator was wiped down. The mattresses were firm but comfortable. Could have used a couple more extra blankets, but we did not ask for any either so we might have been able to get them if asked. One room was missing a bed (I saw a lot of new bed boxes ready for assembly so they might be doing some upgrades) but it worked out. We were completely satisfied with out stay.

    The room was great. Firm mattress. Clean. Updated. However, the check in leaves a lot to be desired. The manager was rude and condescending. He asked if I smoked. I said yes but I never smoke inside my own home so not a concern. He proceeded to give me a spiel about he didn't care what I smoked (implying drugs or something?) but keep it outside. If the smoke detector goes off for any reason it's a $100 fine. It was a kitchenette and I was afraid to even cook. What if I burned my eggs or something? One of the reasons I took this room was for the ability to cook and not eat out. I was already charged at this point so no way to cancel and find another hotel.

    Travel for work. It's where my boss put me. Beds are hard, everyone is loud at all hours of the night. Rooms are meh. But it's 200 a week so there's that. You get what you pay for.

    I'd give this motel zero stars if I could. I cancelled my stay and reported them to hotels com. I have NEVER been spoken to so rudely. I needed to add an extra day and was told I'd have to cancel and rebook through Travelocity (I did not book through them) and when I asked. If I was going to get the same rate was told that "isn't my problem" and when I tried to explain that I didn't book through Travelocity was rudely interrupted and told to "listen here" in an incredibly condescending tone of voice. I was interrupted multiple times and spoken to in an absurdly offensive manner. I strongly suggest no one stay here unless they feel like being treated rudely and unkindly is okay. They are beyond unprofessional and obviously do not care abt their customers. This employee should be fired unless that's the way the think their customers deserve to be treated like insignificant trash.

    DO NOT STAY HERE DISGUSTING AND RUDE so let me start by stating I travel a lot for work. I work night shift. I have never been treated as poorly as I have been at this hotel. When I called to make reservations I asked the person taking my reservation if I could have a late check out on the last day of my stay. I always do this so I can check out before my last night shift. This is something I do often and most places accommodate. Sometimes at a small extra fee. Sometimes its just included. The person taking my reservation told me yes they could do that, no problem. When I checked in the guy at the front desk wasnt rude but certainly wasnt friendly. Just short and to the point. Ok. No problem. The first problem was the room. I have attached pictures. I should have left at this point. Mold under the sink. Dead bugs. Mystery stains on wall. Shower filthy. Sink had hair in it. Just dirty. There was also a weird door in my room leading to who knows where that has dead bolts at one time but had a lock now that anyone could come through. Since I work night shift I leave a do not disturb sign on my door. Every single day I was woke up around 11 for housekeeping. On my final day here I was woke up at 10 by house keeping, 11 by the housekeeper to see when i was going to leave and then noon by the manager talking at me very loudly about having to check out. I tried to explain that I had asked for a late check out when I booked the reservation and could I go back to sleep and come down to the office when I got up that afternoon. He said no, you will leave without paying. You have to come right now. So I got dressed and went to the office that they keep locked. He then continued to speak at me loudly and told me I had to check with the manager about things like this. At this point I was very irritated and wanted nothing more than to go back to sleep. I asked how much would a late check out be. He said he had never heard of a late check out in the hotel business and I would have to pay for an additional night. I reluctantly did but I will NEVER stay here again. Do yourself a favor and book somewhere else!

The staff were really friendly. We are very sorry for your experience. Normally late checkout requests made earlier and can only be respected when there is any availability. If rooms are booked for the day, housekeepers have an obligation to get the rooms ready for the incoming guest. our staff are very professional in explaining the situation. However, at any point of time if you felt that they were not professional and you were not treated well, we apologize for that. We will look at it seriously and take corrective action if needed.
