    I love it here she made it so easy for me and my daughter and my mom and my grand baby to get in these beautiful apartments they have washer and dryers and beautiful carpet and I have a wonderful view I feel safe over here the neighbors are quite and nice its easy to go online and pay my rent on time and early if I want to I absolutely love it here way better then were I came from I signed up for a 7 month lease but I know for a fact when my 7 months is up Ill sign up to be here longer cause this is definitely our FOREVER home its just WONDERFUL here thank u for making it easy and care free getting in here!!!!

    We lived here for a few years before the pandemic so this review may be a bit dated but when we lived here it was awful. cars were constantly getting broken into it felt like every other month you go out in the morning and multplie cars were broken into my cars were broken into 3 times and my sister inlaws car was broken into once. Management did nothing, no cameras, no increased security I don't even think they openly acknowledged the issue with all the tenants.

    Claim to have an emergency maintenance line but I called 3 times and left voicemails all three times still have not heard a word from anyone my celling is literally falling apart and I have water leaking everywhere.

    I've lived in these apartments unfortunately for 2 years, unless you're literally at the bottom of the rope and NEED somewhere to live like I did? Stay away from this place. The very, and I mean the VERY first day I saw three adult roaches in my apartment. I sprayed, and submitted a request for help. The help didn't arrive for months, and by that point it was too late. When the exterminator finally came, he stated that this apartment has an abundance of pest activity and that they've been fighting the pest infestation for literally 6 years. In the TWO years since that point, the roaches have only gotten worse. Thats not all, I have WARNING to all people that come into these apartments...... Michelle the property managers only takes about a week to prepare your new apartment before you come. My neighbor left the apartment in feb.... She didn't come and start working on the apartment UNTIL MAY and even then the people rushed for 3-4 days and a new tenant arrived. When I saw this, I understood why I was having such a hard time breathing and why there was so much MOLD (black mold) in the apartment on the walls, the bathroom, under the sink, in windows, on glass attached to the backdoors, all of it. She didn't hire a soul to clean correctly, the people who clean for her aren't a professional cleaning service... They're people you hire on the street to do rush jobs when you want to save money. Iykik. Michelle also has a tendency to attempt to use legal terms to get her way. She attempting to attack us and several ex-tenants when we left by threatening with legal ramifications for being a day late on your last month rent. There's a couple who had their portal access broken a literally day after the 31st.... She harrassed them for rest of the month, stating she would add 1000 dollars to their fee's since they didn't "pay on her time". She'll add an extra month to your lease when she renews in order to keep your there as much as possible. Also...... I left two months ago.... the pool still wasn't fixed... for TWO YEARS! It wasn't working, it was just a storage area and a shed for grounds workers. It was always trash, leaves, and nasty water in the pool. To this day, it was still not useable. I've heard literally 30-40 shootings in our apartment complex in my time there. I've seen the police called for domestic issues - Cocaine dealers running drug opps and junkies loitering all on newton. If I had the chance I would NEVER come back and i mean NEVER. I want every person thats looking for a fresh start to stay FAR AWAY from these apartment complexes... Don't worry, she'll probably figure out a way to remove the comments about the HORRID true nature of this place but i'm warning you all anyways to STAY AWAY. Michelle will try every tactic in the book to make you pay more. and she'll smile in your face while doing it.

Please reach out to me as that is not normal for our maintenance personnel. I know he responded and was working in the apartment that had a leak above you and said he was in your home too once the leak was resolved but that no one was home. I would definitely like to hear from you in regards to what happened, [email protected].
