Kinsley Forest Luxury Apartments

Poor staff. They need to go to training, or study some of the good property management teams around the area, or the one they bought out because thats why we chose to rent here. You dont get the benefits of an apartment signing your lease here, spend your money elsewhere. Communication is awful with staff members, its like they came here and never looked around and its been almost a year under management. I asked them about a sign they had posted in their lobby and they didnt even know about it or what they were advertising. Never a friendly face, or even acknowledged, its astonishing they are in a service role. No competence The company pride its self being a family owned company but you can not tell, you are just a number.

I have only lived here about 2 months, but my overall experience has been very positive. The pool is super nice and I love that the gym is 24/7. The staff has also been super helpful with any problem that has arisen. Only complaint would be the parking situation (e.g., there needs to be more), but other than that I love it here!

Front office is very responsive and they are constantly doing updates and trying to keep this a great place to live.

I have lived at Kinsley Forest Apartments since July 7th and have absolutely enjoyed it! The whole process of getting approved to moved in to needing questions answered has all been smooth because of how welcoming and helpful the staff are. I have especially enjoyed the pool this hot summer and the beautiful, storage-heavy kitchens are to feel at home!
