The ladies in the office are very helpful. Only thing I have to complain about is the building entryways/hallways are FILTHY. They do not maintain or clean them, at least not my building. All in all, the apartment is cheap and you get what you pay for but it's nice. The office staff is great. Property maintenance/landscaping is definitely an issue that needs to be addressed.
*Edited because they removed the refrigerator that was sitting in front of my building
