image I lived in this property and had to literally flee with my baby due to shootings two weeks apart involving the same neighbor. Both altercations occurred in front of my apartment, compromising my family's safety. My personal property also got damaged costing hundreds of dollars in repairs. I reached out to the manager several times and they stood firm in their position of "not our fault, you have to pay the early lease termination fee"
This shows how inhumane this property management company is.

image This was overall an okay place to live. Main pro is the rent price. Safety was a concern several times though, as there were Airbnbs in several buildings and the previous company wasnt responsive to issues with their occupants. My car was slammed into and so was my roommates(in the parking lot by Airbnb occupant). The area has also gotten sketchy. Our main door was almost never shut and we had people sleeping on the stairs a few times. The actual apartment was a mess. Walls painted with paint that didnt match, bathroom tiles were all broken and moved any time you touched them. During any weather the hvac systems cant keep up with anything, our apartment never was above 60 during winter months. We did however pay higher for bills as the hvac tries and doesnt shut off at all. The only rooms that were ever about 60 are the main areas, and not bedrooms. The walls are not insulated well and you can feel drafts from external air, so bedrooms were usually about 20 colder. Overall, they have new management which has been about the same level of responsive, if you call 3 times theyll answer on the third. I sent the property manager an email shortly after takeover and never received a response. If youre here for a short while its cool, but both my roommate and I were very ready to be out after less than a year.

image I lived here for a year and I would say I'm so relieved to be out of here. I had many issues where I would try to get in touch with the office and to little to no response back. Upon move in it was not even properly cleaned, smelled disgusting in all of the closets, there was mold in the refrigerator, washing machine and in the bathroom, the dishwasher did not work properly, I paid extra for a spot that many people who would stay at an "airbnb" type place in the complex would park in on a weekly basis. It is overpriced, the kitchen is ridiculously small and when you're shown a unit you get a completely different and probably worse unit. You're literally not able to receive packages here at all or they will be stolen from the stoop if someone is not able to bring them inside. There are zero amenities and for the price you can live somewhere much better and at the very least have secure packages and possibly a pool. One day there were huge signs from the health department plastered on the front doors saying they had not renewed the required licenses to operate. Look elsewhere. The neighborhood is not that bad, slightly walkable, close to many of the city's best spots, I would just suggest looking for another management company
