Similar to others, issues with roaches, issues with vehicles being broken into, issues with other residents, issues with receiving security deposit and management in general. I highly recommend finding a much better place to live with better, more competent staff.

Hey it may be for you If you want to live in a complex where the pool and hot tub area is only open a couple months out of the year you are not allowed alcohol if you rent the community party room or since the trash compactor broke Oct 2023 now theres raccoons diving into XL trash dumpsters, and trash floating throughout the complex or numerous loads of dog poop you have to navigate through like theyre landminds live alongside gnats, brown recluse spiders, ticks, and wasps maintenance. That does minimal to no preventative work, but does a shotty job fixingthings when they break god forbid the sandpit not be raked perfectly in the winter or not following requests to notify residents of entry even when theyve asked, and then following them back to their apartment to harass and inquire if the job they did was satisfactory, then harass them once they made a complaint putting so much ice melt down its like walking on lose gravel, then using a loud leaf blower to remove it??? Seems like the new management doesnt care and always gives the runaround and focuses their priorities poorly there seems to be a lot of unstable ground and mudpits everywhere. Esp the dog park. People often leave their dogs on the porch barking (or freezing) unattended for hours. All of these issues have been brought to management with suggested solutions; yet nothing changes, nor can we get any info about fixing the unsanitary issues of trash and excessive dog poop everywhere.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. Theres theft every night of cars getting broken into (and sometimes stolen). When reporting it they say they will look into it on their cameras (but never do because they actually dont have cameras). Their washers and dryers are so janky that they go crazy if you have more than 10 items in there. The management will always be on the side of the older people when they have a noise complaint even though you arent being loud or noisy (I could literally drop my shoes and it would be a noise complaint). UPDATE: If you are considering this place, then you should definitely reconsider. The incompetence of management is crazy. Since we moved out we were never sent information on if we owed anything not even a call. Then 3 months later we get a call from collections. Finally, I tried to deal with it and they said, oh yeah we just need a money order. Just bring one over and it will be handled. Wrong. It has to be sent to collections (which they dont know what collections agency they use). This complex is ran by scammers. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!
