Just moved in (3 weeks ago) and still dont even have access to my full apartment even though Im getting charged full rent. The amount of disrespect management shows to residents is ridiculous. False promises, not organized, lack of respect for residents time to say the least. Very unprofessional. ..see below for generic response from company..

The new property Manager Qionna is so nice and really good about getting things done. Every time I have had a problem with something in my apartment she gets it done. I am glad she came here and I really appreciate her and what she does to make this property a better place to live at!!!

After waiting for a reply at a different place for three weeks I was looking to extend my current lease for a month just to be able to find a different place to live. Then Fountainhead came along and saved me. I applied yesterday and got approved just one hour after leaving the leasing office.! The management is incredibly nice and helpful. My first visit to Fountainhead was amazing. My girlfriend and I were given a tour of one of their units by one of their management members, Monique. She really sold it. The community is great, the space is perfect, have a nice fountain in the middle of the community, nothing to complain about. If you're looking for apartments and even have pets? Definitely should consider checking this property out! Update: If you are considering renting from WillowCreek which is right next door to Fountainhead, do not consider WillowCreek. In the year I've lived here there has been numerous and constant crimes happening at WillowCreek. Police are there daily. Read the reviews. WillowCreek looks good on paper. Heck they offer 200 more Sq feet of living space for the same price of Fountainhead, but it is not safe. Please be careful where you search to live and do your research. EDIT: Another update. I do NOT recommend Fountainhead to anyone. In the two years I lived there they went through three different management companies and all acted like they hated their jobs and even told me they felt under appreciated. They were constantly stressed and always having problems. The issues with Fountainhead is not because of management but because of poor ownership. Upon moving out I was greeted with a bill that I had already paid for. I confronted the office about this $368 charge and they told me that the reason I'm getting mail from debt collectors is because we paid it before the notice was sent out. I thought that was the end of it. Then my credit score started going down because this outstanding balance was still present. They never informed me of it after I confronted them instead they sent the notifications to my girlfriend whom was forced to pay the amount that we were told was already paid for. So in essence we paid double for a bogus charge all because of greedy ownership. In addition to these greviances Fountainhead has a pool, but in the 2 years I lived there it was never opened because they could not manage it or clean it for public use. This complex is ran by greedy owners who do not care about their tenants. I changed my review from 5 stars to 1 star because those in charge have no spine and do not care about the well being of their tenants or having integrity. Be warned if you live here you will be over charged and mishandled. Also their "Pest control" is pathetic. They would simply spray under the sink and no where else which would lead us to having many pests problems. At previous places I lived at Pest Control would spray everywhere more than just under the sink. I don't think it's a coincidence that in the last year this place has been receiving 1 star reviews. Do not waste your time here. Fountainhead is not worth your hard earned money.
