I have been working with kelsye and have been approved for an apartment here! Kelsey was amazing and answered all of my questions and then some. My interactions with the other members have been positive so far hoping the energy stays the same!

Maintenance takes forever. Been here over a month now still havent had important things replaced like the furnace The hallways are completely nasty. Nobody cleans or mops them stairs are disgusting.

I had an apartment tour today with Kelsye and she made me feel right at home. From the moment I called to book the tour up until today She communicated throughly and made sure to answer all my questions. She definitely represents the community well. Flats at wildwood is at the top of my list all thanks to Kelsye.
