      image Has gone down hill drastically over the last few years.

      image They don't do basic maintenance, or any maintenance, and if you actually get them out what they do is done poorly such as black mold I lived with and had a headache for a year and their solution was to spray paint it, I reported 2 leaks in the roof multiple times they did not even look, I reported the kitchen sink leaking 5 times before someone came to fix it and he actually made it worse I reported that 4 times before someone came and he again did not fix the leak, the lawn they mow half and leave foot high weeds in the path to the door. They are rude and don't care about you or your family
