I moved over 45 minutes away with a hundred dentist in between Dr. Goodheart and my new residence. Dr. Goodheart is passionate about his work and cares about his clients. His staff is top notch and is very friendly and makes a more enjoyable environment to be in. I wouldn't even consider looking for someone closer just because of the (more than 15 years) I have been going there with nothing but great experiences.

Dr Goodheart and his staff were great! Professional, courteous, timely, and reasonable pricing. I've been to other dentists in the past. This is the best I've found. Good chair-side manners. Alisha was kind, pleasant, and informative about the process during teeth cleaning. Dr Goodheart is fortunate to have her on his staff. AAA+++

Not sure why my experience was not good, as I can see so many others have had a positive one. The staff was courteous and kind, but I found Dr. Goodheart impatient, uncommunicative and unprofessional. After a year and a half ordeal which included leaving me with a painful temporary crown that cut into my gums over the weekend, a misdiagnosed filling, (I needed a root canal, not a replacement), a crown that deteriorated after 8 months, and a replacement crown that broke after another 8 months, I insisted on getting my money back to see another dentist. His only response? "Sorry you feel that way." ! And why wouldn't I?
