Personally I think this location wouldn't be too bad of a place if they'd employ some nicer people and/or if they'd just take a little more pride in their work and realize that they work at a fast food restaurant. Cuz the food is actually decent as long as they make my how I order it, they're just hella slow and not very nice. So get better, nicer and faster I'll increase my rating

I went to this McDonald's located on Blue ridge by Walmart off of 40 highway I went through the drive-thru The lady at the back window read my order back to me when I get up to the front of the window there was a heavy set manager she was very rude unprofessional they did not give me my fry or my drink I tried to explain to the manager that I got the combo she said no you didn't she wants to try to argue with a customer they tell me to pull up have me sitting up there 10 minutes to bring out a fry and a drink this McDonald's always gets my order wrong they need better managers that know how to deal with difficult situation because whoever was working tonight is very unprofessional acted real ghetto I will never come back to this poor location
