This Year 2024: zero stars Dropped off my paperwork. Never heard anything from them. Stopped by in person asking if it was complete. Had a ten minute conversation with someone saying it's probly just not ready. Luckily another worker said 'Well its right here. Did you even check?' Turns out it was complete (for over a month) and they called a phone number that's not mine and left a voicemail saying it's complete. It shouldn't be this unorganized / poorly executed. Never coming back! Last Year 2023: five stars Professional and straight forward, easy to work with.

I've been using these guys for years I always have really good prices and treats you really well really nice courteous staff.

Have gone here off and on for nearly 20 years. Normally pretty good, BUT my wife took our paperwork up and said someone named Kelly did it and according to the papers I received we owed a little over $12k in state and federal tax. I look the paperwork over saw a substantial error my wife took it back stated the return was amended and brought back forms for us to pay around $3k bad mistake but I caught it we paid the lesser payment. Yesterday my wife was called by someone from there saying they further amended it and now we will be getting a refund. I will be going with my wife to talk to someone, before I decide what action needs to be taken. Two stars for now because good service for a long time BUT would not recommend them right now somebody needs to figure some stuff out.
