        Made mistake on my taxes two years in a row, leaving me with larger tax bills than they communicated to me both times. Sadly, after the second error, I only received a email apology, not even a sincere phone call. In the email I was told we understand if you want to take your business elsewhere. I will do so, and I recommend you do as well. Accounting is about trust, and I have zero trust here.
