        I went to open an acount and the first lady was great. I needed more documents and I went home and got them and came back. The lady was rude and nasty. Seemed like racist behavior. She ignored my questions and told me I was welcome to go back to PNC. She was deliberately being unagreeable and when she called the manager she was JUST as rude. Respect is a 2 way street. Would not advise this branch. They are not professional at all.

        This applies to all of the branches. Try calling FCCU. Not unusual to hear a message saying there are 25 callers ahead of you. Sometimes, there is a significant wait time for online chat too. Update: Out of curiosity, I called again. This time, there were 38 callers ahead of me with an approximate wait time of 25 minutes. (Callbacks are not an option for me during the day. ) On a positive note, when I do visit a branch, staff have always been friendly and helpful.

      Bill - I apologize for the inconvenience you experienced when calling us recently. We do have a callback feature option when you're on hold where you can enter your phone number, confirm it is correct, and then we will call you back once it is your turn in the queue if you prefer not waiting on hold. We also have 41 branches throughout the area, and 21 Walmart branch locations that are open until 7pm on the weeknights and weekends 9am-3pm if you'd prefer stopping by a branch.
