Nice people but very run down hotel. First room had a massive water leak coming from the ceiling. A few hours after check in the elevator broke. Repair work needed done every where. Carpets were dirty and door did not securely shut.

Would give negative stars if I could! Absolute worst most disgusting hotel Ive ever stayed in. Stay away!!! Let me see how many things I can list: bugs all over (including cockroaches), shattered window that had blue painters tape over it, entire floor sloped so the dresser drawers didnt stay shut, there were pieces of cardboard under the tv stand and desk to try and flatten it out and when attempting to sleep your head is lower then your legs due to the beds sloping down with the floor! There was food of some sort on the ceiling. The A/C would not stay on so it was hot and smelled. The trash wasnt emptied. The floors were beyond gross. The bathroom faucet handles could be turned in a 360 circle so it was a guessing game as far as getting the water shut off. The supposed hair dryer was easily from the 1950s and caked in dirt. The elevator broke down so we had to drag heavy luggage 4 floors. Nobody spoke English, couldnt understand a single worker. Forget sleeping between the bugs, blood rushing to your head, and oh yeah the doors to all rooms dont just close but they SLAM shut at all hours. Could not get out fast enough! Still grossed out after a 30 minute hot shower once back home! Washing every single piece of clothing that went with us, hoping we didnt bring any bugs back home!! Do not even think of staying at this place!!!

The complaints are all the same going - read one and youve read them all. They go back forever and obviously they either dont have the money to fix everything or are just unaware. The bedbugs and roaches issue - I didnt have any. My complaints are small and inexpensive and this is where I think they dont care. Breakfast - chintzy at best. Lowest quality Wal-Mart products they could find like a box of old donuts. No hot food unless you want to heat up these miniature sausages. Tea is the most common drink in the world but they didnt have that. I had some food in the car I ate instead. Most places have waffles and eggs and such not here. Cleanliness and maintenance - it is dirty. The carpeting particular. By the elevators you can see a massive build up of dirt and crumbs in front of the thing all the way down the hallway. The area the elevator slides in is filled with an accumulation of crumbs. The carpeting in the room could use shampooing. Its got a red stain in from of the TV and a bunch of stains elsewhere. And its been while since they cleaned by the refrigerator. The refrigerator and microwave have some angled plugs that allow only one or the other to be plugged in. That means youve got to get on your hands and knees to get behind the refrigerator unplug the refrigerator so you can plug in the microwave. Thats when I saw all the crumbs on the floor. The answer is a power strip. Tube tile grout needs cleaned. Missing tile on the wall. Some hardware was lying around in the bathroom. Sheets were floral scented with whatever they wash it with. They should go to something neutral. I excuse the construction, but to be honest and maybe some time on the future this will be an outstanding place with the right cleaning help or management. But thats going to be a ways off. Noteworthy details: Well, its kind of close to Electrify America charger 9 miles in because we had a bunch of discounts from other things which is the only reason I chose it. I got the place for like 61 bucks or something for the night. Now that I know better if Im staying in the area Ill stay somewhere closer. If they had a couple outlets outside the hotel I wouldve definitely plugged my car in here

This place should be shut down. I feel like the people who give this place 4 or 5 stars need their vision and mental health checked. Absolutely filthy disgusting rooms. Some things not in good working order (fridge, microwave) BUGS. The staff is ok I guess, but reading all the other reviews, they are well aware of the condition of this place and seemingly dont care. Wont be back, would never recommend.
