The hotel needs an update. Pool unheated which was a real bummer. One elevator for entire hotel. All fixtures and carpets are at least 20 years old. Breakfast and the staff were great, but we will stay elsewhere in the future.

I stayed there for two nights..... the room was ok. But i gave the service 5 stars because the newest front desk lady. I do apologize i dont remember her first name but Ms. Woods was so lovely. Her energy was magnificent. Her smile made the little mishaps with the smell of room, go away. She's very delightful. You guys need to hire more people like Ms. Woods. The breakfast lady that's on the weekends needs some training with here customer service. The food was very dried out. But other than that the service was wonderful. Keep up the good work Ms. Woods

Hotels definitely older but it was fine. Rooms were perfectly fine and they have free breakfast

Water in the shower never got hot. Shower didn't drain. Stains on the sheets. The staff was friendly and tried to be helpful though.
