Communication within the company is poor. The company presents you with a "road map" for product completion. The road map stated that we we receive a pre-walk prior to our start date. Two weeks after initial payment, we came home to our yard flagged by dig-rite, but yet we had no pre-walk and never heard from the company. I had to call and was told on a Thursday that work would begin Monday. The work itself, done by Daniel and Walter, was spectacular. They are the ones that give this company a good name. Work has been completed now for 2 weeks. I had a bush installed instead of a tree. Sean told us that the tree would be replaced the following day. A week later that has not happened and have received NO communication. When you are paying thousands of dollars for a service, a customer should not have to chase down employees for answers/communication. Still have not had my bush replaced for the tree that was in the bid/proposal. Would not recommend to others. Update: company reached out 2 hours after initial post and bush was replaced with the proposed tree.

My rating is about the poor online proposal system of this company, not the representative that came to my residence. I really appreciated his great personality, kindness and honesty. Unfortunately, the company's online job proposal template is more general in nature and does not accommodate revisions for specific details of the job or the language to the contract itself, which puts me into a vulnerable position after agreeing to a proposal that includes a significant down payment. My representative contacted the owner which made no difference. This is not how I would do business, so let this serve as a warning to those of you want details addressed prior to agreeing to a general contract that includes a down payment. BTW. I decided to go with a company that does business like the good old days.
