The Field Apartments

Dont rent here! It looks nice in the photos and on their website but the apartment was filthy when I moved in and I spent two days cleaning and scrubbing everything. Also part of my flooring wasnt installed and my sliding door wasnt installed properly so it doesnt lock. Ive lived here for 10 months now and it still hasnt been fixed while Im paying to live here.. also, there hasnt been a manager in months on the property so no phone calls get answered. Whoever the manager was before did not keep track of records at all either, I sent my renters insurance to them 4 times and they still claim I dont have any and have been charging me monthly for insurance when actually they just havent filed it properly, so now I have been trying to get ahold of my renters Ins and I cant because Im on hold for an hour. Its a mess to say the least! Save yourself the stress and dont lease here!

They take a long time to fix issue and the dumpster are over flowing all the time.

Ive lived here for two years and am about to renew my lease! The property manager is extremely helpful and takes cares of all of us residents. I would recommend this place to anyone!!
