        I ordered on the app and paid through the app just to get there and for them to tell me they didn't have my order. Okay I get that stuff happens but they were beyond rude to me when I asked if they would rather me come inside to handle this issue. The girl was beyond rude. I ended up having to reorder my whole meal and than they up charged me for something that they shouldn't have and forgot over half of my order.

        This tacobell specifically continually disappoints me with their below par service. The crew had me waiting for nearly 15-20 minutes for a doordash that was supposed to be ready for pickup, who knows how long it wouldve actually taken because I could not keep waiting, clearly goofing around and throwing utensils around was more important than fulfilling orders and doing your job.
