One of the best hotels Ive been to ever. The heated saline pool was an awesome first for me. Heidi at the bar was FANTASTIC! Shes funny, nice, knowledgeable and makes the absolute best margarita Ive ever had. Breakfast was delicious with the staff being extremely courteous, efficient, and clean. Overall the vibes were immaculate 10 outta 10, would recommend.

We stay in Springfield often during the spring to watch my son pitch for Drury University's baseball team. We've tried out numerous hotels in the area including a couple other Marriott brands. I was excited to see this new hotel and we decided to try it. It's fantastic!! The hotel has a modern, contemporary feel and is very inviting. The lobby has many different seating options that are very comfy. The free breakfast is very different but both times we've been here so far they've had these amazing egg frittatas and another healthy hot option in addition to cereal, bread options (the cranberry nut muffins are delicious!) and yogurt along with juice, coffee and delicious infused water. The coffee and water are available all day. The other thing I really appreciated is the filtered water from the kitchen faucet in the room as well as the bottle fillers located by the ice machines and in the gym! The gym is VERY nice and well equipped and the pool area is very nice. There's also a lovely outdoor courtyard with tables and a bar in the lobby. The rooms are spacious and we appreciated that the TV is on a movable wall mount. My only critique is the beds are firm but that's typical of the Marriott brands, imo. I liked the double shades in the room, which really keep the room pretty dark in the morning. The location is great! It's near the mall and lots of restaurants (and around the corner from the ballpark where Drury plays). It is located right on Battlefield, which is a very busy road, so ask for a room on the back side of the building to eliminate the road noise or bring earplugs (always a good idea when you're staying at a hotel). Overall, this is our favorite place to stay in Springfield!

As a platinum elite Marriott member, I stay in quite a few hotels. This has to be one of the best experiences Ive had anywhere. The staff is very warm and helpful. I asked where I should get food later one evening and the bar manager came over and told me shed make me a delicious flatbread and she did indeed. I ate breakfast every morning here instead of at my conference before it was exceptional, made to order healthier and delicious plates. Ive never stayed at an Element before but I think the model is sensible and the rooms and amenities are practical. If there were any growing pains in the beginning, it seems they have solved them!

We had a great stay, hotel was clean, kid friendly, breakfast was great, the pool was heated and surprisingly warm. The staff were all warm and kind to us, especially the bartender who went out of her way to provide excellent service.
