      I believe a 1 Star review is a harsh way of saying thank you to a business for taking time out of their busy day to provide any type of insurance quote at all. We are an insurance brokerage, not an insurance carrier. We have as much control over insurance rates as you do over the weather. You have been educated, we would appreciate if you would retract your review all together. We served you by offer quotes “I assume” to you. As we have no record of a “ kl s” as a potential client.
