        We've been with AT&T phones for 20+ years and just wanted to get a simple internet set up for an investment property and it's the worst process for verifying who you are. It was easier to get Global Entry and TSA Precheck to verify.

        Worst most horrific service I've ever had. Period. I had my account number, phone number and social security number and just because I I couldn't remember my childhood hero. Whoops we can't help you. Ridiculous. Would not let me speak to axmanaher n was extremely rude and talked overr each time I tried to speak.
