        They have always did a good job on my cleanings I would recommend them.The staff get to know you not only by face but also by name.

        Had my wedding dress cleaned here as the bottom hem was really dirty. My dress was returned to me with MANY scuffs/marks all over the bodice (which was spotless when I brought it in), the belt had been ripped on one side and there are 2 obvious snags on the skirt that were not there before. (See pictures). Unreal. I paid $120 to have my dress apparently dirtied and not cleaned, let alone damaged. I would NOT recommend this place as they are extremely careless. There has to be serious care and consideration when handling someones most valuable and sentimental item of clothing. Avoid this place. I am extremely upset and I HOPE I can find another cleaner that can remove/fix/salvage their mistakes. Their solution was to bring it in and have them clean it again. Absolutely not.
