        Super friendly and nice. Got car right in and oil changed aired up tires and checked everything. Fully recommend. The manger is great and works with the guys. Leads by example.

        Quoted 20 minutes for an oil change and took over an hour. Very blatant upsell tactics that made up the majority of the time including removing parts of my car that arent associated with an oil change. When asked why I was upset, they tried to explain the wait because of new techs that replaced ones they fired. I would like to someone from management to reach out!

        I was looking to get an oil change in a car I just bought. My fiancee had recommended this jiffy lube and I can see why she recommended it. Drew helped me and was very friendly and very fast with getting us on our way. When I get a genuine friendliness from employees it just makes me want to come back and I absolutely will be coming back! Thank you!
