        My mother has filed her taxes three times with this company and she still hasnt seen a refund upon realizing this issue. I tried to contact them myself to resolve the problem and to ask for copies of previous tax paperwork and Ive come to the office several times to where it is closed And no one has been able to help me obtain this information for my mother. I suggest going somewhere else to get your taxes done.

        Was super easy since we were able to leave our paperwork with the Tax pro. They called once the paperwork was done and we just went and signed, great place to go and very affordable. Will be returning for next year.
