        The truck was defective and they duct taped the inside of the truck, when we unloaded the truck all the furniture was wet. My daughter has called customer service and they keep saying to email and hang up on her. Never again will we rent from the, Uhaul would never treat a customer like that.

        Worst customer service ever. Stay away. Will lie and take your money at same time. Trucks will break down on you and car trailers don't work and they can't repair. Then they want you to pay full price for things that don't work and put you behind schedule. Not to mention waiting a few hours for a repair guy. You have been warned...stay away from budget
