Tyler at the Pittston, PA terminal was my main contact. He was awesome and always answered my calls, texts or emails promptly. Even weeks after the sale was complete and I had a handful of minor truck issues, Tyler and Pedigree made sure those minor issues were corrected to my satisfaction. I brought the truck to the Springfield terminal and they dedicated a tech to me the whole day. I was able to communicate directly with the tech and monitor the progress of the repairs in person. Josh and the guys in Springfield are really helpful as well, on my delivery day they allowed my direct contact with a tech to take care of a couple of minor issues on the truck. The remaining warranty on Pedigree trucks is amazing. Ive had 4 additional larger repairs completed at my local Freightliner dealer. All have been covered 100% by warranty. Overall, Im very satisfied with the service Ive received from Pedigree. The trucks are a bit more expensive than some used truck dealers but the unexpected accessory add ons and willingness to repair even the smallest issue make up for that. I will purchase all of my future trucks from Pedigree! ****Update**** Jan 2022 Ive recently sold the truck I purchased from Tyler at Pedigree at an amazing profit due to the wonderful condition Prime sold it to me in! The buyer had a question so I reached out to Tyler and he responded immediately with the answer. This is a year and a half after the sale. Amazing customer service! Thank you Tyler Yarborough**** ***Update 4/2024*** I purchased my 2nd truck from Pedigree and Tyler Yarborough and couldnt be more happy once again. It has performed wonderfully and after 6 months I have already made back the purchase price. Many thanks to the Pedigree folks and especially Tyler for selling quality trucks that give us a chance to profit in this tough market!!
