GFL Springfield Hauling

Horrible. They keep raising prices every quarter stating iheir price is normal for my area. I've got news for them, there are many companies with more reasonable rates and I like 99 percent of customers in my area have switched to. I will never use them again due to their lack of integrity and honesty.

Had a vehicle *temporarily* loading/blocking the dumpster when the truck happened to show up. No phone call, no knock on the door, no head's up whatsoever, the truck just drove off. A GFL representative informed me that it would cost $150 to have them come back. Of course there's no reduction in my fee since they didn't provide the service. I asked him if this is the kind of customer service GFL provides, he said "yep!". Trash companies are on par with internet service providers when it comes to customer service, and GFL is no exception. They don't care at all.

pretty sure this is the company that wakes the neighborhood Up randomly around sunrise for the past five years! Loud beep beep beep!!! please stop. Some of us struggle to get to sleep and then you ruin it!

im not sure why this company has such bad reviews. our family has had this trash service for 2 years. they have never missed pickup. if a holiday came, theyd pick it up the next day. they always pick up extra bags and boxes also, which most dont . i definitely recommend this company.
