Do not buy from here, they do not stand by their products. We bought a Christmas decoration in the summer. We installed less than 10 days ago. It worked for only 48 hours. They wouldnt replace it.

On October 31,2023 placed an order for the Roof Top Ridgeline Mounting clips for bulbs. My order number was 576329. Received them on November 6,2023. Went to installed them on 11/28/2023 only to find out that the cap shingles on the ridgeline of house where too long. Took a picture and sent it to Birddog lighting to show them that indeed the clips purchased would not fit. Understanding that I had to pay for shipping to return them, they told me there was a 20% restocking fee also. My bill was $89.86 dollars. By the time I pay for shipping, and they bang me for 20% restocking fee, Hell I might as well donate them to goodwill. Every time I posted this on Facebook, they would take it down. They only want good experiences. Really poor customer service.

Impressed with this company. First, the Led products they offer are legit, not cheap Am@zon type led products. 2nd, when I placed an order, they notice that I had ordered a wrong version than I actually needed and called me to ask me, and corrected my order, and got the order out the same day. Happy!

Professional products. LED strip light you can tell are top quality, not the cheap stuff they sell on Amazon. Highly recommend Birdog if your looking for high quality at a great price that will last for years.

I am sorry you had issues with the lighting you purchased. We have a 90-day warranty on our Christmas motifs and certain lights, and we have a 2-year warranty on our regular lighting. This is why we have these warranties posted throughout the site so if someone buys early, we want them to try out the lighting in advance to make sure it was not damaged in shipping or any other manufacturer issue. So, if a customer buys them and finds it early, we can get the situation taken care of as promptly as possible. Have you contacted our customer service representative to see if you are still in your warranty time frame?
