Impressed with this company. First, the Led products they offer are legit, not cheap Am@zon type led products. 2nd, when I placed an order, they notice that I had ordered a wrong version than I actually needed and called me to ask me, and corrected my order, and got the order out the same day. Happy!

I purchased these lights in late August 2020 for an office. The total purchase price between the lights and the mounting hardware was $1,362.86. They were used M-F weekly for approximately 10 hours daily, and all installation/use instructions were followed. In late November 2022, they began to fail all at once, first by individual sections discoloring and shortly after not powering on at all. This occurred conveniently just over the 2-year warranty even though the product description states that they will last 50,000 hours. After contacting them about this issue, they offered me 30% of the purchase price back in store credit, but no additional options were provided despite my persistence that their product claims are inaccurate. The product claims are misleading. Buyers beware of both this product and this company.

Purchased the RGB Color Changing Chasing PLC LED Rope Light - 66 Volt - 65 Feet and 60 feet of mounting channels. Lights work great; channels prevent sagging. Lights are installed near ceiling on covered patio so straight lines were important to me. Had minor issue with remote control but customer service responded very well. Job well done. Great product and great customer service. Highly recommend doing business with this company.
