I had a very good experience working with Rhonda when ordering a floral arrangement for my nephew's funeral. Despite the need for the order to be delivered quickly within 36 hours, she was able to design a very nice arrangement that was very appropriate and beautiful. She stayed at work past closing time to accommodate my order. The addition of blue and purple to the arrangement suited my nephew's favorite colors perfectly. Delivered to the funeral home in plenty of time before the celebration of my nephew's life. Spacious parking lot next to the store. I recommend Sally's Flowers!

If there's a way to leave zero stars I would! It's bad enough to lose a family member but to have 2 out of 3 deliveries from other family members not show up and be told that they did by the owner is absolutely ridiculous. Seems like it's happened before reading other reviews. STEER CLEAR of this place. We really wanted to give the business to a local place to where they were going but that was a mistake. Since the owner is doing nothing with a refund even after the other lady in the shop said they weren't delivered (AFTER 3 WEEKS btw..) we will be doing a charge back. Thanks for nothing Karen.

Came to my mom's house and left a missed delivery on the GARAGE door. Didn't bother to call which would have been nice since I live up the street from my mom. Just sad they put forth so little effort. I'm sure it's covid's fault

If I could give them no stars I would. Not only once but TWICE they failed to deliver the flowers even when delivery was paid for. My husband tried to surprise me and ended up having to go get them twice! They will not refund delivery fee or anything. Terrible custom service. Save your time and go to My Viola or really anywhere else!
