What a wonderful lady!!! When 1-800-flowers let me down, I started searching for a local florist in Great Falls, MT. I live in Pennsylvania so, I needed to find someone I could hopefully trust to do the job. There is a two hour difference between time in PA and MT. I called at 7:45 in the morning in MT (9:45 am in PA) expecting to leave a message. To my surprise, this lady answered the phone and rolled out of bed, without benefit of coffee, listened to my situation and took my order. The flowers she prepared and delivered were stunningly beautiful. She cared about the happiness of people she didn't even know. Support this lady's business. She should give classes on customer service.

They lie about where they get there flowers from im so disappointed guess I will go somewhere else I seen first hand that they get them from our local Albertsons in great falls Montana

Super disappointed! My recent college grad with no job spent some of her savings to send me a surprise after a recent surgery and illness. I was excited until I realized that it was a spoiled fruit basket. It looks like they bought the discount fruit section at the market. It makes me furious when someone does something nice and pays a premium price to have garbage delivered on the other end. I don’t want to tell my daughter, but then again, I think she deserves a refund! Posted a photo to Google so you can judge for yourself if you want to waste your time and money! If you like smoothies, maybe you’d be okay with spoiled produce gift baskets!
To the owners of the shop, I know times are rough for small businesses, but this is not taking pride in what you do and a total lack of respect for those that chose you spend their money with you, especially when customers are trying to do something nice for someone else!
