I ordered flowers for my wife's birthday. And when 4pm came around and they hadn't arrived I called about them and they didn't have a clue where the delivery driver was. 1 hour later they show up and they are the arrangement I ordered, but not for a birthday, they were for valentines day.
I will not recommend them to anyone. It was a simple order do e wrong.
Also, they have more about them on the card, with my note to here in small front

Jim is always on time with great customer service and beautiful flowers! I was late getting to the door today (I was in the basement and couldnt hear) and he waited outside & called until I was able to get them! Always great service
